Tuesday Tip: Proper Seat Positioning on the AssaultBike
Making sure your AssaultBike seat is in the proper position for your workout is a very important step for not only your comfort, but for the effectiveness and safety of your training.
We make the seats fully adjustable on the AssaultBike to make it easy to change as necessary. Keep that seat height at the same level as your hip so your knees have room to move around, and keep the seat distance far enough to move your arms around safely.
